Nuva in its 3rd year of existence has organized a pool campus interview of Johnson Controls, a Fortune 500 listed company, at its premises on 16th Feb 2011.

350 students of 19 Engineering colleges of Vidarbha participated in the event. The schedule started with their HR presentation followed by technical and aptitude test, technical interview and HR interview, along with essay writing with a second round of aptitude test and finally it concluded with extempore.

After this rigorous testing 8 students got selected, and they were offered a package of 3 lakhs p.a.

Johnson Controls has ranking as number 58 in FORTUNE 500 company list. They have a strong team of 140,000 employees all over the world. It is a global diversified company in the building and automotive industries with a turnover of about $38 billion.

Although Nuva students this year were not eligible for campus interview being in the third year, but still the management of Nuva was very much instrumental and involved in holding the campus to bring Nagpur on the charts of core engineering placement.

Campus team from Johnson Controls appreciated the rational efforts taken by Nuva Management, training and placement cell, students and staff for organizing this mega event.
